What kind of puzzles will I get?
With Puzzle Monthly, you can expect a variety of fun, exciting, and challenging puzzles. Each month we deliver a unique jigsaw puzzle with 500 to 1,000 pieces for the classic subscription, 100 to 300 pieces for the kids subscription, and 1,500+ pieces for the pro subscription.
How can I specify my puzzle size preference?
Please indicate your puzzle piece count preference or any themes you or your loved one would enjoy in the notes section at checkout. The more details you provide, the better we can tailor and curate your or your loved one's puzzle experience!
Can I gift a Puzzle Monthly subscription?
Absolutely! You can give any plan as a gift and include a personalized gift note at checkout. See how gifting works.
When will my puzzles ship?
Your first puzzle ships within 3 to 5 business days of your order. After that, puzzles ship by the 10th of each month and usually arrive around the 15th.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and choose Manage Subscription to pause or cancel, or email us at contact@puzzle-monthly.com and we will do it for you.
Cancelling stops your next renewal. Puzzles that have already shipped are not refundable. If you prepaid and still have unshipped puzzles in your current term, email us and we will refund those on request.
Will I receive the same puzzle twice?
Rest assured, you or your loved ones will never receive the same puzzle twice! Each month brings a fresh and new puzzle to explore.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every plan to the contiguous United States.
What age group is the Kids plan for?
The kids' subscription is recommended for ages 8 and over. It's not suitable for children under 3 years old due to the small pieces which could pose a choking hazard.
How challenging are the Pro+ puzzles?
Pro+ puzzles have 1,500 to 2,000 pieces. The challenge comes not only from the piece count but also from the images, which are chosen to test experienced puzzlers. It is the plan for anyone who finds 1,000 pieces too easy.
Do I get to keep the puzzles?
Yes, absolutely! Each monthly puzzle is yours to keep or pass-along to a friend! This is not a puzzle library service where you have to return each puzzle.
