Shipping policy

Shipping is Free for all orders delivered to the contiguous United States (States excluded: Alaska and Hawaii.

First-time orders:
The first puzzle ships within 3–5 business days of placing your order.

Monthly subscriptions:
All recurring subscription puzzles ship by the 10th of each month. 

The puzzles are shipped directly from North Carolina, USA or from New Jersey, USA. 

You’ll receive an email with shipping tracking # as soon as your puzzle is on the way.

Returned Shipments:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the subscriber or gift purchaser, we will contact you to confirm the address and cover the cost of one reshipment.

If we cannot successfully deliver after multiple attempts, we may contact you to verify shipping details before sending future puzzles.
